1. Take a photo at eye level. Your pet should sit or stand. Aim for head-to-chest shots.
2. Take the photo in daylight or in a well lit setting.
3. Try to make it a close up so we can see your pet's unique features.
4. Avoid to upload a blurry picture.
We accept 95% of the pictures. If your photo is not good enough to use in our design process, we'll reach out to you via email to see if you can send us another one.

No, not at all. The photos are traced manually with a graphics tablet in Adobe Illustrator. Lear more about the process in "How it works".

Don't worry! We store the artwork for at least 10 years on our server in Germany. Just send us a message.
Different paper formats are used depending on the region. We create the print files on the basis of the order origin. If you do need a different format, simply send us an e-mail and we will send you the desired print file as quickly as possible
