A Digital artwork is a drawing created on a graphics tablet. We take your photo as a template and draw the motif by hand on a (graphics) tablet. This allows us to draw the motif in great detail and your artwork will be as unique as your pride & joy is ✨

No worries — your satisfaction is our priority. We offer free revisions to make sure your artwork feels just right. If it still doesn’t meet your expectations, you’ll receive a full refund. Simple. Honest. Risk-free 🤝

Everything from the subject that can be seen in the photo is traced. The better the photo, the more details we can see and trace. A photo taken with a smartphone is perfectly sufficient. To choose the best photo for your artwork, follow the instructions on the product page under the "Photo Guide" tab.

Delivery times may vary — each artwork is unique and depends on our current order volume. You’ll find an estimated delivery time on the product page. Need it by a specific date? Just contact us before 📩.

No 💖 — every artwork is drawn by hand on a graphics tablet using Adobe Illustrator ✍️. We don’t use AI or automated filters — each piece is created with real attention to detail and a personal touch.

Usually yes - but the better the photo, the more details we can capture in your artwork. If a photo isn’t suitable, we’ll always contact you before starting the drawing. Not sure if your photo works? You can send it to us in advance, and we’ll let you know 👍

You can print it as large as you want - just make sure to use the PDF file. It’s a vector drawing, which means it’s based of drawn paths instead of pixels. So your artwork will always stay perfectly sharp, no matter the size.

We draw almost any furry friend — dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, and more. Basically, if it has fur, we can draw it 🐾.

We don’t create artworks of reptiles, fish, or other scaly animals. If you have a unique or exotic pet, feel free to contact us first — we’ll gladly check what’s possible.

No problem at all - we safely store every artwork on our servers in Germany for at least 10 years. So if you ever lose your files, you can simply contact us, and we’ll resend them to you 📩.

Different regions use different standard formats — for example, DIN sizes in Europe or inch-based sizes in the US and Canada. We always create the artwork based on the region of the order.

If the provided file doesn’t fit your desired size, just contact us — we’ll quickly send you the correct version in the right format 📐.
