The digital pack contains all the file types needed to serve all application areas (print + digital use).

In addition to the standard print file, you will also receive the artwork with a transparent background for printing on shirts, mugs or as stickers, etc. Furthermore you will receive a total of 4 wallpapers. Once the artwork with the custom background for computer and smartphone and once the artwork as “Sticker Bomb” for computer and smartphone. We also export the paths drawn by the artists. Delivery time
Since each of our artworks is drawn by hand, the delivery time varies greatly depending on the order situation. Usually, it takes about 4-7 days until you receive the finished artwork by email. Please contact us in advance if you need the artwork by a certain date.

1. Take a photo at eye level. Your pet should sit or stand. Aim for head-to-chest shots.

2. Take the photo in daylight or in a well lit setting.

3. Try to make it a close up so we can see your pet's unique features.

4. Avoid to upload a blurry picture.

We accept 95% of the pictures. If your photo is not good enough to use in our design process, we'll reach out to you via email to see if you can send us another one.

Different paper formats are used depending on the region. We create the print files on the basis of the order origin. If you do need a different format, simply send us an e-mail and we will send you the desired print file as quickly as possible
